These septum spikes are carved from Buffalo Horn and measure about 1", or between 25-31mm in length -- very petite! In the product photo, we show Jared wearing a 1 1/2" piece to illustrate size reference. Depending on the size of your nose and nostrils, this may be a good option for "hiding" your jewelry or for something very subtle.

The wearing surface on larger pieces is intentionally carved more flat to prevent the spike from sliding out one way or the other, as can happen with a rounded wearing surface.

We all have different faces and nose shapes, so these pieces may look shorter or longer depending on what size and shape your nose is. We would recommend holding a straw or toothpick up to your nose to measure what length you'd prefer, and order accordingly. Please email us with comments about how you like these new pieces.
