The American porcupine carries these quills around for protection. You too can defend yourself with barbed quills of fury! (But seriously, they do have tiny barbs at the tips and we advise you to be quite careful with them.)

Quills average 1-3 inches in length and 16g to 12g in size, with a few here or there that are smaller or larger. You will receive a package of around 10 American porcupine quills, and the detail photo above should help you decide what to do with them. Be creative!

Sizes listed are approximate, as of course porcupines do not grow quills in exact body jewelry sizes. These quills have been lightly cleaned and wiped but you are going to want to clean them again before using them for anything.
